Impact Consulting (Minor)
The Mendoza College of Business offers a minor in Impact Consulting for students who wish to consult with industry partners around the globe and have a measurable impact on the world’s most pressing problems—gender equity, access to education, poverty, climate change, energy, and more. Students work hand-in-hand with those most affected, building foundations as consultants grounded in empathy, collaboration, prototyping, and ultimately implementing ideas. The minor takes students through a purposeful sequence of courses to reflect on purpose, identify and solve wicked problems, immerse in the community, and ultimately build solutions. Simply put, the world becomes the classroom where students apply what they are learning, while practicing project management skills and establishing metrics for sustainable value.
